Yes, ownership.  Members have rights while owners have responsibilities.  As an investor in FUMC you have responsibilities like weekly attendance, serving, tithing, and getting involved in a Life Group.  As a matter of fact before you become an "owner" at FUMC your are asked two very important questions:

 

1. Do you accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior?

 

2. Will you be faithful to the United Methodist Church and to this church with your prayers, your presence, your gifts, your service, and your witness.
